What Mizan is
Mizan Markets LLC publishes research and provides tools. Mizan is not registered as an investment adviser or a broker-dealer. Nothing Mizan publishes is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances.
Compliance statuses
Statuses apply a published screening methodology to company filings. They describe securities. They are not religious rulings, and they are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar. Where a screen cannot be established from available data, Mizan reports it as unresolved rather than assuming a result.
Research
Hikma Weekly and Hikma Outlook are published on a fixed schedule, are identical for every reader, and are fingerprinted at publication. Estimates and ranges can be wrong. Forward-looking figures are expressed as percentages and are never scaled to your holdings. Past performance does not indicate future results.
Hypothetical results
Backtests apply rules you choose to past data using the compliance status Mizan recorded on each date. They are hypothetical, do not reflect actual trading, include no fees, taxes or slippage, and do not predict future results.
Your brokerage accounts
Brokerage connections are made through SnapTrade. Mizan never receives your brokerage password. Orders you place in Mizan are sent to your own brokerage, which executes them under its own agreement with you. Mizan receives no payment for order flow and no compensation tied to your trades.
Subscriptions
Mizan Pro is billed through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your Mizan account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or systematically extract Mizan's published data for redistribution. Some data in Mizan is licensed from third parties and may not be redistributed.
Limitation of liability
Mizan is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizan Markets LLC is not liable for investment losses or for decisions made using the service.
